Having graduated from the Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts, I set about creating chocolates with the taste of Cyprus, the Mediterranean island where I live.

My Sorbets
The inspiration for creating my own sorbets came from family visits to Cyprus many years ago when I was about 10 years old. I distinctly remember the amazing taste of a rose and lemon sorbet. The flavour was so intense because sorbets are basically made up of water, sugar and fruit.
